Our Limitless Meetings™ service lets you and your participants talk on the phone while everybody reviews the documents you chose via their Web browsers. Using Limitless Meetings™ is very simple:

1. Set up your meeting time like you usually do. Please remember, our service is “always on,” available anytime at a moment’s notice.
   
2. The host loads the presentation materials into the Limitless Visuals™ system using a desktop applet. Guests go to www.fascomm.com and select the Join a Limitless Visuals™ Meeting button, enter the log-in information you have provided to them and join your conference. You don’t need any reservations, and neither do your guests.
   
3. Hosts and guests dial your Limitless Conferencing™ phone number, enter their pin code followed by the # sign and state their name when prompted by the automated attendant. When the host arrives (you), the conference begins.
   
4. Have your meeting as you normally would, if you were there in person. What you see on your screen is what the participants see. (Minus the conference controls, of course.) Your guests view your presentation through their standard web browser, and discuss it by telephone.
   
5. Everybody can talk at the same time like a normal telephone call, or if you are using one-way conferencing, your participants can hear you but not talk back.
   
6. The host can employ some of the additional Conference Commands to enhance the conference. These include placing the conference in lecture mode, reading back the roll call of participants and recording the conference for later usage and playback.
   
7. When the host hangs up and logs off, the conference ends.
