1. Because no reservations are required, all you need to do is let participants know the time, the phone number and their pin code. Our service is ready whenever you are.

2. Hosts and guests dial a toll or toll free number*, enter their pin code followed by the # sign and state their name when prompted by the automated attendant. When the host arrives (you), the conference begins.

3. Everybody can talk at the same time like a normal telephone call, or if you are using one-way conferencing, your participants can hear you but not talk back.

4. The host can employ some of the additional Conference Commands to enhance the conference. These include placing the conference in lecture mode, reading back the roll call of participants and recording the conference for later usage and playback.

5. When the host hangs up, the conference ends.
